Create a fresh, eye-catching intro for the iconic quiz show’s 40th season to emphatically alert viewers that a new season had arrived after the prolonged 2023 Writers’ strike.
Creative Director for Sony Pictures creative team, consisting of in-house and freelance talent. Formulated initial concepts and oversaw development of pitch deck, shot lists, video editing, design, animation, sound design, and color correction. Co-directed video shoot on the Jeopardy! stage and worked closely with the show’s production crew to capture broad range of shots in various locations, build custom setups, and modify lighting configurations.

MAKING A CLASSIC
Treat the viewer to a different side of Jeopardy! by showcasing what goes into the making an episode of the iconic show. From writing the clues to lighting the stage, this stylistic, energetic approach showcases micro and macro perspectives on the creation of the program. Inspired by Saturday Night Live and documentary films, the unique format provides a distinct departure from previous intros, marking the beginning of a new era.
